At this time, all bags purchased during our holiday season (Nov. + Dec.) can only be returned if your item has remained in its package. 

Lucky for us, there is something special about Swoop Bags and we have a very low return/exchange rate.

Swoop Bags wants one thing: HAPPY customers! That means no hassle and our return/exchange policy is simple: we will gladly exchange your Swoop Bag(s) or refund your purchase within 14 days (minus the original shipping fees). We do ask that your items be in unused/original condition because we can't resell any bags that have been taken out of the original clear bag and used. Hope you understand :)
