I've had multiple cheaper, polyester style bags like this from Amazon, which have been okay, and I still use, but typically the drawstring will break early on, and the stitching will come loose, and it will gradually 'fail' and need to be replaced in a year or so. Comparing these to the SWOOP bag is like night and day ... the quality is supreme, the draw string isn't going anywhere (thick rope vs. thin nylon cord), the grommets are metal, high quality, and are securely attached to the body of the bag, and to top it all, I've run this through the washing machine a couple of times and it comes out 'like new'. Trust me, worth the few extra $'s.

If you've got a kid who's Lego-crazy, then you've probably got a billion Lego pieces in your house and on your floor. There are various storage solutions out there for Legos, mainly involving plastic tubs, which work very well regarding storing Legos, but which are a PITA if you are looking for a specific part - you have no recourse but to dump the whole thing out to find the part you need.

This is basically a large round canvas mat with sides that are a few inches wide. You put all the Legos (or whatever other toys you want inside and then pull the drawstrings to bring the sides together forming a large pouch. A simple knot will keep it closed. It is rather bulky when full but it does the job well. And it is easy to transport from one room to another without the pieces spilling out.

What I like about it, in connection with Legos, is that it allows you to sort through the pieces easily to find what you need, without spreading everything all over the floor yet with the same ease as if they were spread on the floor. And I find that looking through the pieces that way helps to spark the imagination to create objects not originally thought of, because you can easily see differently-shaped pieces that you might not have previously thought of incorporating into your creation. This item isn't inexpensive, but it is well-made and should last for years and years. I recommend it.
